The teacher mannequin was essential in completing the classroom puzzle and obtaining the rifle. When placed at the front of the classroom, it stopped paper planes and balls of paper from being thrown at the chalkboard and knocking down the numbers. The mannequin could be found located in a coffin covered by dirt in the Grave Room, and required the shovel in order to be obtained. The teacher mannequin never reappeared in future versions of the game, making her an Alpha 1 exclusive like the Grave Room.
